Our role extended far beyond construction. We managed the project from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating utility connections, liaising with architects, structural engineers, interior designers and Party Wall Surveyors, and ensuring all professional disciplines worked collaboratively throughout the programme. Despite the complexity of the development, the entire project, from demolition of the existing garage to practical completion, was successfully delivered in just 11 months.

Our involvement covered both construction delivery and overall project coordination. A key challenge was identifying suitable routes for utility infrastructure across the constrained backland site. We worked closely with utility providers, engineers and local authorities to establish practical service connections, ensuring the development could be completed efficiently and all homes were fully serviced and ready for occupation.

One of the project's greatest technical challenges was the construction of a basement in close proximity to neighbouring buildings, requiring careful planning and robust temporary works to safeguard the structural stability of adjacent properties. Throughout the excavation and basement construction process, we implemented comprehensive structural support measures and closely monitored the surrounding buildings to minimise movement and ensure the safety of neighbouring structures.

Acting on behalf of an overseas investor, we have provided comprehensive project management services alongside the construction works. Our responsibilities include coordinating the project team comprising the architect, interior designer, structural engineer and specialist consultants, liaising with Building Control and statutory authorities, managing programme and quality, and overseeing the completion process to secure all necessary approvals, certifications and compliance documentation.
